I've spent seventeen years studying love — not as a feeling, but as a spiritual practice. And what I've discovered has completely changed how I live, how I love, and how I guide others.
But it didn't start there.
When I was younger, I carried a quiet ache. A knowing that there was another way of living and loving — something deeper, more real, more alive. But I couldn't find it in my relationships. For years I dismissed it as fantasy. Not something for the grown woman I was becoming.
Seventeen years ago, I chose to follow that voice anyway.
What followed was one of the most committed journeys of my life. I traveled across continents, immersed myself in yoga and meditation in India, polarity work, breathwork, plant medicine with shamans, tantra, the mystical teachings of Kabbalah. I went wherever love — as a living intelligence — was being studied and embodied.
But what has shaped me most is the twelve years I have lived in conscious Sacred Union with my beloved Theo. Together we made a commitment to use our relationship as a spiritual training ground — practicing soulmate love not as a romantic ideal, but as a daily, embodied reality. What we have built together goes beyond conscious relationship. It is lived proof that this level of love is real, and it is possible.
For more than a decade, I have guided individuals and couples who sense that love carries more depth, more truth, and more possibility than what they have experienced so far.
