These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Training for Love and to purchases of memberships, digital content, workshops, retreats, events and other services offered by Training for Love.By purchasing a service or membership, or by using the Training for Love community, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Training for Love
Training for Love is a personal development, relationship and spiritual education platform created and operated by Training for Love AB, registered in Sweden.
Training for Love provides educational content, community, coaching, live sessions, workshops, retreats and other experiences designed to support personal growth, conscious relationships and spiritual development.
Training for Love is an educational and personal development service. It is not medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice or financial advice.
Purchases & Payment
When you purchase a Training for Love membership, program, workshop, retreat, event or other service, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchase is confirmed.You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for ensuring that your chosen payment method can be charged.For recurring memberships, your membership fee will be charged according to the billing frequency stated at the time of purchase.If a payment cannot be processed, access to the relevant service may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.We use third-party payment providers to process payments. Training for Love does not have access to your full payment card details.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Training for Love memberships provide access to the content, community, events and other features included in the membership plan you purchase.Your membership is personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.Memberships are billed according to the payment period selected at checkout.You may cancel your membership at any time unless a specific offer states otherwise. When you cancel, your membership will normally remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.Cancelling your membership does not normally result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the specific offer.
The content and features included in a membership may vary between membership levels and may change over time.
In-Person Workshops, Retreats & Events
Once your purchase has been completed and payment has been approved, your booking is confirmed.Y ou will receive a confirmation email with information about the workshop, retreat or event you have booked. Tickets and bookings for in-person workshops, retreats and events taking place on a specific date or during a specified period are binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific event's cancellation policy.If an event has its own cancellation policy, that policy will be clearly stated on the event page before purchase and will apply to your booking.
If an Event Is Cancelled or Rescheduled
If Training for Love cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket.If an event is rescheduled to a different date, you may choose to attend on the new date or receive a full refund of your ticket.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may differ depending on the service you purchase.
Where a specific program, workshop, retreat, event or offer has its own cancellation or refund policy, that policy will be presented before purchase and will apply to that purchase. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law. For digital services and content, access may begin immediately after purchase. Where applicable law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, any requirements relating to immediate access and consent to begin the service during the withdrawal period will be presented at checkout.
Live Sessions & Recordings
Training for Love may offer live sessions, workshops, coaching sessions and other live gatherings.
Dates, times and formats may change when necessary. Where a session is recorded, the recording may be made available to members through the Training for Love community. Access to recordings is dependent on the membership or program you have purchased. Training for Love does not guarantee that every live session will be recorded.
Community Participation
Training for Love is a community space where members are invited to share personal experiences, reflections, questions and insights.By participating in the community, you agree to treat other members with respect and to respect the privacy of what is shared. You may not copy, share, publish or distribute another member’s personal stories, posts, messages, recordings, screenshots or other contributions outside the community without their permission. You agree not to use the community to harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, exploit or intentionally harm another member. You may not use the community for unsolicited selling, recruitment, spam or promotional activity that is unrelated to the purpose of the community. Training for Love is intended to be a supportive space for exploration, learning and personal growth. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend or terminate access if a member’s behaviour seriously violates these Terms & Conditions or the Community Guidelines, or negatively affects the community. Your membership is personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
Intellectual Property
Everything inside Training for Love has been created from years of teaching, practice, study, personal experience and spiritual exploration.This includes the Training for Love methodology, frameworks, teachings, courses, exercises, written materials, recordings and other resources you find inside the community.
All such material remains the intellectual property of Training for Love and/or its respective owner unless otherwise stated.You are given a personal, limited right to access and use the material for your own personal development and learning.You may not:share or distribute Training for Love content outside the communitycopy, reproduce or repurpose Training for Love teachings, frameworks or methodology as your ownteach Training for Love frameworks or courses to your own clients, students or audience as if they were your own materialuse Training for Love content as the foundation for creating your own courses, programs, workshops or teachingsshare recordings, screenshots or private community conversations outside the community without permission.
You are welcome to use what you learn in your own life, relationships and personal practice.You are also welcome to share your own experiences, insights and transformation.
The distinction is simple:Take the wisdom into your life. Don't take the work and reproduce it as your own. If you are unsure whether something may be shared or used outside the community, please contact us before doing so.
Personal Responsibility
Training for Love provides education, guidance, practices and perspectives intended to support personal growth and conscious relationships.You are responsible for how you choose to apply what you learn.
Training for Love does not promise or guarantee a particular personal, relational, professional, financial or spiritual outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions, relationships, actions and wellbeing.If you are experiencing a medical, psychological or other serious personal issue requiring professional care, you should seek appropriate qualified support.
Availability, Changes & Corrections
All Training for Love memberships, services, workshops, retreats and events are subject to availability. Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in descriptions, pricing, dates, availability or other information published on our website or within our services.Any changes to prices or offerings will apply to future purchases and will not affect services or memberships that you have already purchased, except where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.Training for Love may update, modify, replace or discontinue parts of the community, content, features, events or services when reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects an existing paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where appropriate.We cannot guarantee that the website, community platform or all digital features will always be available without interruption.
Suspension & Termination
Training for Love may suspend or terminate your access to the community or other services if you seriously violate these Terms & Conditions, the Community Guidelines or applicable law. Examples may include serious harassment, misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized sharing of paid content, repeated disruptive behaviour or misuse of another member's personal information.Where appropriate, we may first provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. If your access is terminated because of a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions, you may lose access to the relevant community, content or services and may not be entitled to a refund, subject always to applicable consumer law.You may terminate your membership according to the cancellation terms applicable to your membership.
Limitation of Liability
Training for Love provides its services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Training for Love is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, community, content or services.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, which service providers may process it and what rights you have under applicable data protection law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact Training for Love first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
Training for Love may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example when our services change or when legal or regulatory requirements change.The version applicable to your purchase will be available at the time of purchase.For existing memberships, material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Electronic Communications
When you purchase a service or membership, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your purchase, membership, account, events, services and other information necessary for providing Training for Love.You may also receive marketing communications where you have provided the required consent or where permitted by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
