TERMS
Terms Purchase & Cancellation
Upon completion of the purchase and approval of payment, you will receive information via email about the program, retreat, or event you have booked or access to your training. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@kingenokingan.se.
All prices are stated in SEK. Prices for individuals include 25% VAT. For companies, VAT is added. We reserve the right to make price changes, correct errors in the price list, and rectify inaccuracies in pricing due to incorrect information.
When purchasing services on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when making a distance purchase, for example, via the internet. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you are canceling your purchase. The notification should be sent to us at info@kingenokingan.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which services the return applies to should be clearly stated. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services, education, or events that have already been fulfilled and where you have expressly consented to the service beginning. Cancellation:
For retreats, events, programs and private sessions, you can cancel up to 8 days before the start date. Upon cancellation 8 days or more before the start date of the retreat/sessions, the full fee will be refunded except for a booking fee of 1000 SEK. In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the course start, the fee will not be refunded. Exceptions are made upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
Educations conducted entirely online, where you have immediate access to the educational material, cannot be canceled but are considered initiated immediately after purchase. Instead, these are covered by the right of withdrawal (see above).
In the event of a canceled education, event, or retreat, Kingen & Kingan AB is responsible for a full refund of the fee, including the booking fee.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the product. We accept no liability for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, relationship conflicts, fire, war, or government decisions. We also do not take responsibility for events in your life, whether related to or separate from the training or service. Kingen and Kingan AB do not take responsibility for theft, accidents, or damages that occur during or in connection with our courses, events, or trainings.

Privacy and Security
According to the law on electronic communication, visitors to a website for privacy purposes should be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's surfing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various features. By shopping at Kingen & Kingan AB, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your personal integrity and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without legal grounds. Kingen & Kingan AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly related to a physical person. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and, in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to customize marketing to your individual needs. Below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.
In order to handle your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first name and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history, as well as the information you provide on our website when you complete any of our training programs. Your data is stored for as long as we have a legal basis to process it, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as the Accounting Act.
Legal Basis In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar mailings occur after your consent.
When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The stored information includes first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also stored by the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment provider (payment services) we use is: Klarna or Stripe.
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Flodesk for newsletter dispatch.
You have the right to request a summary of all information we have about you. Summaries are delivered electronically in a readable format. You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete. You can request at any time that the data concerning you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it is necessary to retain it because we must fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
Kingen & Kingan AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed. We protect your personal data by using industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely. We use the Wix platform and Mighty Network.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be lodged online via the EU Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
